After completing a market-driven master plan, HOK Venue implemented a building program and concept design for the third phase of the Lansing Center. Our design provided solutions to existing facility problems and made recommendations for future expansion to ensure a competitive market position for the foreseeable future.
The expansion included a new ballroom, full-service kitchen, two banks of meeting rooms, 50,000 square feet of additional exhibit space and prefunction/support space.
