During construction, HOK Venue continues to deliver design services. An initial construction administration meeting with the client, builder and design team serves to communicate responsibilities and establish expectations. We establish consistent processes and procedures among our consultants and facilitate participation in the construction process through careful coordination and the use of web-based tools. Available to both our clients and our contractors throughout the process, we review project submittals and conduct periodic site visits to assess design intent, contract document compliance and project progress.
