Because of our commitment to the venue marketplace, we view HOK Venue's involvement in our clients' facilities as a continuous cycle of services. This cycle does not end with the ribbon-cutting, but continues as a series of occupancy phase services. These services can include post-occupancy evaluations (POEs), user satisfaction surveys, warranty walk-throughs, punchlist verification, commissioning services (verification that all or certain building systems are operating as designed), or analysis of space utilization and suggestions for minor modifications and alterations. We also provide a full range of interior design services including furnishings design and specification, material upgrades, and environmental graphics and wayfinding.
